Eligible tier members receive a notification when their take-and-bake empanada package is ready. Simply stop by the restaurant during business hours to pick up your package. Empanadas come frozen with heating instructions — they're ready in 15 minutes!
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time from your member portal. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Our sommelier curates each shipment based on seasonal availability, your taste preferences, and perfect pairings with the empanada selections. El Roble and La Cumbre members also receive access to our limited-production and exclusive wines.
Absolutely. You can skip any upcoming shipment from your member portal up to 2 weeks before the processing date. No charge for skipped shipments.
All memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial 3 months, you can cancel or pause anytime from your member portal — no cancellation fees.
